Imagine: your culinary dream concept in a nice setting, with real customers and the support and advice of professionals of the field… Will our food incubator be on the menu of your success?

A real launching pad

We offer you:

  • The provision of a turnkey restaurant space – including a professional kitchen – for a moderate rent
  • Access to free group training sessions
  • Support in developing and monitoring your financial plan, as well as individual coaching in digital marketing, retail design, food hygiene and safety, human resource management, and the implementation and monitoring of a Good Food stratege

  • 30 Rue des Bouchers – 1000 Brussels, few steps away from the Grand Place

Kokotte in pictures

Kokotte is an incubator by hub.brussels that allows individuals who wish to open a restaurant in Brussels to test their project for 4 months, with lower risk, lower cost, and in real conditions. This concept, unique in Europe, addresses the need for aspiring restaurateurs to experience the realities of the field before committing to a permanent opening.

We support you before, during, and after your incubation period. Our incubator serves as a real launchpad, allowing entrepreneurs to validate the viability of their project and their appeal in the HoReCa sector. We provide them with all the tools to confidently open a sustainable restaurant in Brussels and maximize their chances of success. These 4 months of incubation are also an opportunity to quantify their project and build confidence and credibility before meeting with essential long-term partners (banks, property owners, etc.).

The rent is €1000/month. Group training sessions, support, and coaching are provided free of charge by hub.brussels.
