About

ReBuild Ukraine is an international exhibition and conference dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine, with a focus on infrastructure, industry, energy and housing. In 2025, the event brought together 6,289 participants from 51 countries, 764 exhibitors from 33 countries and 24 national pavilions. The 2026 edition will take place at Expo XXI in Warsaw.

Program

The detailed programme is currently being finalised. The event will feature conferences and discussions focused on Ukraine’s reconstruction, energy, infrastructure and investment opportunities.

Practical info

hub.brussels offers Brussels companies the opportunity to exhibit within the Belgian Pavilion, alongside FIT, AWEX, the Belgian FPS Foreign Affairs and Enabel.
Travel and accommodation costs in Warsaw are at the participant’s own expense.
Venue: Expo XXI, ul. Prądzyńskiego 12/14, 01-222 Warsaw, Poland.

Participation fee

The proposed participation package consists of exhibiting as a co-exhibitor for €350, including the display of your company logo on the stand and inclusion in the official catalogue.

B2B meetings

hub.brussels will also organise tailored B2B meetings between participating Brussels companies and selected prospects or partners active on the Ukrainian market, with the support of Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and its matchmaking platform.

Subsidies

This opportunity is particularly relevant for Brussels-based companies active in infrastructure, construction, energy, environment, water management, transport, logistics, architecture and engineering. At this stage, no subsidies are available in the Brussels-Capital Region for this type of mission. It is currently not possible to determine whether support schemes may be introduced or reinstated before the event, as such decisions depend on political developments.
