On the occasion of the sixth edition of ‘MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week‘, taking place from 15 to 18 October 2024, hub.brussels is inviting a delegation of companies to take part in conferences, panel discussions and workshops around the main theme: METAMORPHOSIS. Come and share your digital expertise!

About

The sixth edition of ‘Montreal Digital Week’ will take place from 15 to 18 October 2024. Its main theme, METAMORPHOSIS, is an opportunity to understand how technological advances and innovative collaborations can transform the world, and how emerging technologies, AI, enhanced cybersecurity, innovative education, culture and digital art can combine to forge a promising and inclusive future.

The four sub-topics will be:

  • Artificial intelligence
  • Culture and creativity
  • Cybersecurity
  • Education and digital inclusion

hub.brussels will be focusing on women in technology, and in conjunction with Montreal Digital Spring and Business France, will be organising a panel discussion on the theme of ‘Women in tech: France – Belgium – Quebec Perspectives’.

By participating in MTL connect:

  • You can share and exchange with Quebec’s digital experts;
  • You can present and host conferences, panel discussions and workshops *;
  • You can present your impact technological solution at the MTL connect Technology Showcase *;
  • You can pitch your company and its solutions during the ‘Focus Brussels’ event on Wednesday 16 October;
  • You can take part in the panel discussion: ‘Women in Tech: France – Belgium – Quebec Perspectives’ on Thursday 17 October;
  • You will access to B2B meeting spaces that connect entrepreneurs with digital experts in Quebec.

* the selection of speakers, moderators and participants in the panels and technology showcase is at the discretion of Montreal Digital Spring.

Registration fee

  • €100 for starters and SMEs
  • €500 for large enterprises

Transport and accommodation costs are borne by the participants.

As a Brussels-based company, you might be eligible for subsidies for prospecting trips: https://economie-emploi.brussels/prime-export-voyage-prospection

English and French.

Online activities

Please note that some activities will be organised in such a way that they can be followed live from Europe, despite the time difference. Brussels companies wishing to follow the event without making the trip can have virtual access. Please contact us about this.
