We are located in Hall 4.2, dedicated to national and regional pavilions (see the floor plan).
The hub.brussels area covers 86 m² and is divided into three sections of 20 m², 12 m² and 54 m².

Participation fees
The participation fees payable to hub.brussels cover both the exhibition registration fee and a turnkey stand.
Stand prices vary depending on the location: row stand or corner stand.
Exhibitor registration fees
• €1,275 excluding VAT: stand registration fee
• €2,900 VAT included: 10 m² row stand (€290 VAT included per additional m²)
• €2,400 VAT included: 10 m² corner stand (€240 VAT included per additional m²)
This price includes the raw exhibition space, stand construction, furniture, stand branding, a shared lounge area with FIT, catering services, and 3 exhibitor badges (for a 10 m² stand).
Participation fees must be paid within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. After this deadline, the registration will be considered null and void. Registration becomes final only upon full payment of the participation fees.
Travel, accommodation, promotional material and sample shipping costs are the responsibility of the exhibitors.
Please note: registering through our form does not guarantee a place on our stand. A confirmation will be sent after the registration period has closed, depending on the number of applicants.
