rebuild.brussels: the new Airbnb for sustainable renovation companies

Not only is Brussels the capital of Europe, it is also the European leader in sustainable construction.  This title does not come without responsibilities, such as being able to ensure a link between this offer and an ever more pressing demand from individuals, driven by the crisis and the new energy standards. This has led to the creation of rebuild.brussels, the very first platform for connecting supply and demand in the field of sustainable energy renovation.

11 homes must be renovated per hour in Brussels to reach the PEB C+ 2050 objective set by Renolution, the regional energy performance strategy.  And the need for urgent action is clear, since all home owners must have a new EPB certificate for their property by 2025.

This constraint, combined with the energy crisis, has led to an unprecedented spike in requests to Brussels contractors, which they sometimes find difficult to meet.

There was therefore an urgent need to be able to offer an effective tool to both project owners and entrepreneurs. This is in the form of the rebuild.brussels platform launched by ecobuild.brussels, our cluster dedicated to sustainable construction and renovation companies.
