Kokotte: the call for applications for our pop-up restaurant is open!

Opening a restaurant is a great adventure, but it can also be a risky one. That’s why hub.brussels, the Brussels Business Support Agency, has decided to launch kokotte, our first culinary incubator, dedicated to restaurant sector entrepreneurs.

Finding the right location, complying with administrative requirements, covering numerous costs, managing staff and dealing with the pace of work and irregular hours are just some of the challenges that must be overcome when entering the hospitality sector.

Add to this the demands of today’s customers, which have become a key factor that must be taken into account when opening a restaurant: as well as culinary discovery, the public expects original concepts  and new experiences.

Your talent as main dish, hub.brussels’ expertise as accompaniment

hub.brussels therefore needed to provide a support structure that reduces the potential for error, while strengthening the concepts of prospective restaurateurs.

Are you planning to open a restaurant and looking for training and professional experience? Kokotte offers you a working environment where you can:

  • Test your concept
  • Refine or refocus your plans
  • Develop your product range
  • Improve your skills
  • Experiencethe reality on the ground, risk free
  • Access the support you need to open your own restaurant

What the hub.brussels team is offering

Kokotte is a 75 m² space with a professional kitchen from Diamond, equipped with modular furniture from Vitra, which can be adapted to suit your concept. The preferential rent of 800 euros per month covers:

  • Rent and bills
