Belgian Economic Mission to India
- Multisectors
- India
hub.brussels, in collaboration with the Foreign Trade Agency, FIT, AWEX, and the FPS Foreign Affairs, is organising an economic mission to India from 1 to 8 March 2025. Join us to explore the opportunities that Delhi and Mumbai offer, in the presence of HRH Princess Astrid of Belgium, representing His Majesty the King.
About
The Republic of India, the world’s most populous country with over 1.4 billion inhabitants, is currently the 5th largest economy and a key player on the global stage. Far more than an emerging economy, India distinguishes itself as a strategic partner in key sectors such as technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, and digital services. With its significant economic reforms and ambitious projects in energy transition, India offers vast potential for foreign businesses, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, sustainable development, and digital transformation.
The programme includes meetings and official receptions with local governments and authorities, company visits, sector-specific seminars, as well as information and networking sessions.
Additionally, economic and commercial advisors accompanying the delegation will assist businesses in establishing potential contacts in India. Participating businesses will be invited to share their details and objectives in advance.
