About
Poland remains one of Europe’s most dynamic office real estate markets. Its capital, Warsaw, is one of the continent’s most advanced cities in terms of smart building, and boasts a Belgian presence that is unique in the world. Not only is the market again expecting significant growth in 2024, but the Polish authorities’ new commitment to European ESG standards and the major need for expertise in this field offer unrivalled opportunities for companies in the sustainable construction sector.
This economic mission, organised by hub.brussels in collaboration with PropTechLab.be, is the ideal opportunity for you to meet partners (project managers, Chief Innovation Officers, building managers, etc.) from 12 to 14 November. This mission will coincide with the “Belgian Days 2024” in Warsaw (business events organised by the Belgian Business Chamber in Poland).

Morning Real Estate Day of the Belgian Business Chamber, pitching and participation in panels, in particular on “sustainable proptech”. Networking lunch
Afternoon Visit to a new Belgian project.
Evening Cultural event of the “Belgian Days 2024” and networking event

9:00-15:00 B2B meetings at the hotel or during visits to companies
15:30 Transfer to the airport for the recommended flight

Practical info
Registration fee per company
- €100 for SMEs
- €500 for large companies (250 employees or more and annual turnover of over €50 million)
Overnight hotel stays
€106 incl. taxes x 2; overnight stays booked by hub.brussels, to be paid locally by the participant.
Transport to Poland
You can travel to Poland by plane: departure in the afternoon of 12 November, return in the late afternoon of 14 November. Recommended flight operated by Brussels Airlines. There are other options, from Brussels National with the www.lot.com airline, or low-cost flights from Charleroi with www.wizzair.com or www.ryanair.com. Flights must be booked by participants. Bus/car/train journeys from Brussels are possible, but are still time-consuming.
Local transfers to and from Warsaw Airport for the recommended flights are taken care of by hub.brussels, as is all of the group travel for the mission in Warsaw.
