  • A gross salary according to the agency’s scales . Your salary will increase over time in line with the progressive salary scales.
  • 35 days of paid leave for a full-time position.
  • Annual closure between Christmas and New Year, and public holidays falling on weekends are compensated with equivalent leave days.
  • A year-end bonus (13th monthly payment) and a holiday bonus.
  • An €8 meal voucher for each day worked, with a personal contribution of €1.09.

An anonymous written test assesses your specific skills related to the position. This test can be taken in person or remotely.

Motivation interview

Goal

This interview allows us to assess your motivation and whether you’ll be a good fit for the agency’s culture. It may include a role-play exercise, depending on the profile we’re looking for.

Each stage is carried out objectively, with a jury made up of a representative from HR and a line manager. Our selection procedure may vary depending on the nature of the post (international, student, statutory, etc.).

Diplomas and equivalents

As a public organisation, we are obliged to comply with the diploma requirements listed in our job offers. We will request a diploma equivalence for any diplomas earned abroad, even those within Europe.
