Greenlab: the accelerator for circular industrial start-ups

Do you run a business in industrial and circular production in Brussels and want to strengthen the commercial development of your activity? The Greenlab accelerator is for you!

Greenlab is being revamped in 2026 to become the go-to accelerator dedicated to industrial and circular production. Intensive and free of charge, it is designed for entrepreneurs who want to structure, test and accelerate the commercial side of their project.

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Brussels-Capital Region.

The call for applications is open from 4 May 2026 to 22 June 2026, 10:00.

Who is this programme for?

  • Entrepreneurs developing a concrete activity in production, transformation, repair or reuse, at the heart of the circular economy
  • Entrepreneurs based in the Brussels-Capital Region, with the ambition to create economic impact and local employment
  • Entrepreneurs who have moved beyond the development phase, their solution works and is ready for production
  • Entrepreneurs who have already tested their market, first clients, first sales, first feedback
  • Entrepreneurs whose challenge is no longer to design, but to sell better, more efficiently and in a more structured way

4 months to grow your industrial and circular project

In 4 months, you will build a clear commercial strategy, strengthen the viability of your model and lay the foundations for sustainable growth.

By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

  • Structure a coherent commercial strategy
  • Set up effective tracking of your prospects, clients and sales

  • Manage your activity using simple and practical indicators
  • Clarify your market positioning
  • Strengthen the robustness and profitability of your business model
  • Define a clear vision for your commercial development
  • Join our cluster circlemade.brussels, if your project aligns with the 4 circular pillars (see above)

From the start, dedicated work is planned to:

  • Structure your commercial approach
  • Move from one-off actions to a dynamic of recurring sales
  • Prepare your business to reach a new stage of growth

Everything is designed to help you accelerate your development within a structured framework, with strategic support and strong market grounding.

By the end of the programme, you will have solid foundations to grow your business and scale up.

 

Group training sessions will be held in French. However, experts will be able to answer your questions in English or Dutch. Coaching sessions will be conducted in French, English or Dutch, depending on the participant’s preference.

At the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to join the Circlemade cluster. This membership will give you access to a strategic network of players in circular industrial production, as well as specialised expertise

FAQ

The 8 group training sessions take place on Tuesdays during the day, from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 16.30, at Greenbizz, Rue Dieudonné Lefèvre 17, 1020 Brussels

Individual coaching sessions are organised during specific weeks defined by the programme schedule. The exact day and format (online or on-site) of each session will be agreed directly between the coach and the participant. The same applies to the organisation of mentoring.

The two meetings with entrepreneurs will take place on-site.

The two conferences on the Brussels entrepreneurial ecosystem (1h30) will be held online.

At the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to join the Circlemade cluster. This membership will give you access to a strategic network of players in circular industrial production, as well as specialised expertise.

The programme is free of charge. However, a €500 deposit is required to encourage full participation. This amount will be refunded if you attend at least 80% of all group training sessions and individual coaching.

Never! Joining Greenlab means becoming part of a community of committed project leaders working together towards a more circular and responsible economy. You will be surrounded by inspiring people to exchange ideas, test, learn… and share a coffee between sessions.

Group training sessions are held 100% on-site to encourage interaction and networking. However, ad hoc arrangements may be possible for some individual coaching sessions to take place online, with your coach’s agreement.

You can participate as a team of two or three founders. However, to ensure proper follow-up and implementation of the project, you are asked to appoint one project lead who will attend the entire programme.
