The WHX Dubai international trade event (formerly Arab Health), which brings together more than 140,000 medical professionals, is an unmissable event for Belgian companies seeking to strengthen their presence in one of the world’s most dynamic healthcare markets.

Arrival in Dubai and opportunity to set up and install your equipment on your stand between 08:00 and 22:00.

10AM to 6PM WHX Dubai trade event at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (at Expo City Dubai, former site of EXPO 2020)

Fees
Regular Booth
The participation fee for Brussels companies is:
- €470 excl. VAT for start-ups
- €940 excl. VAT for SMEs (< 50 FTE)
- €1,410 excl. VAT for SMEs (50 < x < 249 FTE)
- €4,700 excl. VAT for large companies
for a prepared 6 m² stand (for information, the price per m² for a bare stand is normally over USD 1,000). hub.brussels also provides basic stand furniture.
You can request to exhibit in a corner of the pavilion for an additional €500.
We provide you with a free shared space and an online brochure listing the Belgian exhibitors at WHX Dubai. hub.brussels will also seek an advantageous price formula for the group transport of promotional and exhibition materials.
Product Sample Booth
New this year! You will also have the opportunity to participate in a shared space (Product Sample Booth (PSB)) that will enable you to test WHX Dubai for the price of €150 excl. VAT. This initiative is reserved for start-ups and SMEs.
With this package, you will benefit from the visibility and services of the Belgian pavilion (company listed in the catalogue of the trade show and of Belgian exhibitors, Internet access, catering), a counter with your logo and space for a panel presenting your company, and a shared lounge area for organising your meetings. It is the most cost-effective and least burdensome package for visible and effective participation in the Middle East’s most important medical event!
The following expenses are your responsibility:
- The compulsory “Online Showcase Package” at USD 1590;
- The shipping of promotional material;
- Orders for additional furniture (anything not included in the basic offer from the stand constructor selected to build the Belgian pavilion);
- Travel, accommodation and living expenses;
- The compulsory presence of a delegate from each participating company during the entire trade show.
