Web Summit: the most cutting-edge tech gathering

Are you expanding your information and communication technologies (ICT) business? Be part of the 12 start-ups from Brussels going with us to the Web Summit in Lisbon from 4 to 7 November! This is a chance to boost your image on our joint stand and make use of a Brokerage Event.

Described as “the best technology conference on the planet” by US magazine Forbes, the Web Summit is by far the event most eagerly anticipated by the sector’s experts! From start-ups to large groups, there are around 170 different nationalities side by side and in 2018, there were more than 70,000 visitors roaming its aisles.

A real place of learning, the Web Summit also comprises 21 tracks bringing together over 1,000 speakers in a great number of lectures.

Make use of our springboards: “Startup Island” and the Brokerage Event

Join the “Startup Island” in the Altice Arena & Fil, where you will exhibit your brand for a day. On the other days, you will have access to the various lectures and pitching sessions. During the three days, an Account Manager will help you to plan personalised meetings with investors and coaches.

And because nothing is more valuable than tailor-made support, don’t forget to sign up to the Brokerage Event organised by Enterprise Europe Network. Before, during and after the event, these experts will support you so that you target and get into contact with your potential partners.

Practical information

Price
300 EUR per business, including the following services:
– a small exhibition table on the “Startup Island” with a logo printed on the back wall;
– 3 conference admissions;
– visibility on the event website;
– personalised support from an Account Manager from the exhibition to organise meetings with investors and coaches

Participation conditions
Your company:
– headquarters in the Brussels-Capital Region, existing for less than 5 years;
– independent and not funded by a larger organisation;

Your products:
– you possess your own product or unique software solution or you work on your own connected hardware;
– you have at least your own website that works.

Hotel and flights
The choice of flights and hotels is up to you and at your expense. However we do ask that you send us this information once you have made your reservations.
