VivaTech, the international event for technological innovation, is back for the delight of innovative tech start-ups! Be at the heart of the event and celebrate the fair’s 10th anniversary alongside those who are shaping the future.

About

In just 10 years, VivaTech has become the must-attend tech event in Europe. A true temple of innovation, the fair brings together in Paris major business leaders, start-ups, investors, researchers, academic actors, public institutions, and policymakers.

The growing success of VivaTech was reflected in the numbers from the 2025 edition, which broke all attendance records since its creation:

  • 180,000 visitors, 45% of whom were international

  • 171 nationalities represented

  • 4,000 exhibitors, half of whom were international

  • Over 50 country pavilions

  • 3,600 investors

  • Over 2,700 accredited journalists

  • More than 14,000 start-ups

  • Over 450 speakers

Selection criteria

Participating companies will be selected based on the following criteria:

  • Less than 10 years old

  • Fewer than 50 employees

  • Innovative character of the solution

  • ESG impact

Participation fees

The prices below include fair registration, raw surface area, booth construction, and presence in the catalogue.
Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the exhibitors.

  • €350 excl. VAT for start-ups

  • €700 excl. VAT for SMEs with fewer than 50 FTEs

  • A 30% discount is applied to members of a hub.brussels cluster

The offer includes:

  • An individual booth, set up and personalised with your visuals within the Brussels pavilion

  • Exhibitor and visitor badges

  • Online exhibitor profile in the SIAL catalogue

  • The hub.brussels office in Paris is available to support selected exhibitors

PLEASE NOTE: Completing our registration form does not guarantee you a spot at our stand. Candidate companies will be ranked based on the selection criteria listed above. You will receive an email at the end of the registration period informing you of your position.
