Urban planning and environement: need a permit?

Urban planning and environement: need a permit?

As an entrepreneur, would you like to set up or expand your business? Then, you might need an urban planning or environmental permit! Want to know the procedures to obtain planning permission? Come and attend our seminar taking place online, on 15th December from 8:30 AM to 10 AM. The event is 100% free!

When is the urban planning permit compulsory? What should you pay attention to?  And what about the environmental permit? Why should you apply for it?

In 2018 and 2019, 178,000 square meters of office space requiring an urban planning permit were built. However, many entrepreneurs do not know their rights nor duties regarding urban planning and environment.

Obtain your permit thanks to our handy tips

Our special advisors on urban planning and environment Davy Fiankan and Ingrid Everart, as well as Brieuc Pètre, lawyer of the Brussels Bar at Alterys, will tell you everything you need to know! Where to find useful information, how to avoid questionable advice and administrative issues…  Learn to make good choices and develop good habits when dealing with paperwork!
