Do you operate in the cosmetics sector and want to grow your sales on an international stage? Join us on 3 December at our offices for an exclusive seminar dedicated to export strategies and regulatory compliance in a sector where innovation, quality and safety are the top priorities.

About

hub.brussels is offering Brussels-based cosmetics companies a seminar to support them in their export efforts and to help ensure compliance with international standards. Participants will learn how to secure their international contracts and avoid commercial pitfalls (Incoterms, deadlines, liabilities, etc.). They will also be able to master the regulatory requirements of exporting, and get practical advice from an entrepreneur who is already successfully exporting their wares abroad.

The seminar is also a unique opportunity to prepare for Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026, alongside a Brussels delegation of eight companies.

“From Brussels to the Global Counter: Navigating Regulatory Pathways in the Cosmetics Industry.”

Are your exports compliant? Regulatory requirements and cosmetics distribution

Obelis will share its expertise on the aspects of regulatory compliance at a European and international level, on appointing a Compliance Officer, and on the various requirements of the cosmetics industry.

Speech by Luca Roscini – Lawyer Partner – ANDERSEN BELGIUM

Securing international trade in the cosmetics sector, Mr Roscini will help you:

  • Understand the key clauses of an international contract and how they’re applied in practice.
  • Adapt your general conditions of sale (GCS) to ensure your foreign sales are secure.
  • Identify the pitfalls to avoid in international trade (Incoterms, disputes, deadlines, etc.).
  • Explore specific clauses: cold chain liability, exclusivity, royalties, etc.
