Seminar: Mexico, your way to enter the North American market

His Excellency Mr Rogelio Granguillhome Morfin, Ambassador of Mexico to Belgium, and hub.brussels invite you to the seminar “Mexico: your own way to enter the North American market, from export to nearshoring”. For this exclusive event, organised in collaboration with the Invest in Monterrey agency, AWEX and FIT, the Ambassador is opening the doors of his Residence to meet business leaders and discuss today’s commercial opportunities in Mexico.

Mexico is one of the few countries in the world to have been spared the additional customs measures introduced by the US administration in recent weeks. With its ideal geographical position and its free trade agreement with the USA and Canada, the country is the perfect opening to access markets throughout North America, thanks in particular to the boom in nearshoring. Additionally, Mexico has a huge domestic market across all sectors, and exports from Walloon companies are performing well in the country (+61% between 2019 and 2024).

From export to nearshoring, Mexico always has a solution to help you grow your business on the international stage! As a follow-up to the Trade Mission to California, the three Belgian regional agencies invite you to continue expanding your network with an economic mission to Northern Mexico, from 13 to 15 October 2025.
