About
Organised by the Private Label Manufacturers Association, which represents more than 3,500 companies worldwide, this trade show is exclusively open to its members, ensuring the quality of the event. At the 2024 edition, 18,000 representatives from supermarkets, hypermarkets, discounters, department stores, as well as importers and wholesalers from 120 countries, walked the aisles of the exhibition to discover the 2,900 exhibitors from 70 countries.

Program
Practical info
hub.brussels will be present at the trade show with a 54m² pavilion that can accommodate 5 Brussels-based companies. Each company will have an individual 9m² space within this pavilion, equipped with furniture and branded with your visuals and logos.
Please note that you can only exhibit at the trade show if you are a food producer.
As this trade show is a must-attend event, there will be more candidates than available spots. Register before 15 December by duly filling out the form.
We will then get back to you to inform you if your company is among the 5 selected ones based on the following criteria.
Selection criteria
- Production in Brussels (8 points)
- Production in Belgium outside Brussels (5 points)
- Employment of low-skilled people (10% of the payroll) (3 points)
- Use of sheltered workshops in Brussels (3 points)
- Micro-enterprise (less than 10 FTE and annual turnover of less than EUR 2 000 000) (7 points)
- Small enterprise (less than 50 FTE and an annual turnover of less than €10,000,000) (5 points)
- Starter (registered in the ECB for less than 4 years) (4 points)
- Previous stock market presence (1 point)
- 10% or more of turnover from exports (2 points)
- Between 5% and 10% of export turnover (1 point)
- Raw materials from Belgium (1 point)
Fees
Each exhibitor must pay a membership fee of €1,500 to the PLMA International Council. These fees, payable directly to PLMA, are the responsibility of the companies, and hub.brussels does not participate in funding them.
The amount of the fees payable to hub.brussels is:
- €400 + VAT for starters
- €800 + VAT for SMEs
- €1600 + VAT for others
Miscellaneous
Each exhibitor is also responsible for booking and paying for their travel and accommodation expenses. It is highly recommended to arrive the day before the start of the trade show to check the booth setup and arrange the display of your goods.
The fair will take place at RAI Amsterdam.
