In collaboration with Flanders Investment and Trade (FIT) and the Wallonia Export and Investment Agency (AWEX), hub.brussels is organising a day of contacts with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) in the following sectors on Tuesday 21 April 2026 at the Van der Valk hotel in Arlon: Intelligent autonomous and unmanned systems; Structures, spare parts, materials, protective elements for land and air vehicles; Space defence. This event will enable you to explore many avenues, including a chance to discover the opportunities that NAPS offers your company, find out how to become a supplier, and approach the buyers responsible for the three sectors listed above.
NSPA is NATO’s procurement agency, serving 32 member countries and working with more than 60,000 companies supplying goods and services to its five main procurement programmes:

Practical info
The mission will start at 8:30 and finish around 17:15 at the Van der Valk hotel in Arlon.

15 rooms for the night of 20/04 have been reserved for our event until 14/04. The price for an overnight stay in a standard single room with breakfast is €150 (excluding tourist tax).

Registration
Your registration via hub.brussels constitutes a request for your company to participate.
On the basis of the information provided in the registration form, NSPA will select the Belgian companies to be invited.
Selected companies will be informed and irrevocably enlisted one week before the event at the latest.
If you are selected, you agree to take part in the entire programme.
Language
The working language with NSPA is English.
Fee
- Startups and SMEs: €100 excl. VAT
- Others: €500 excl. VAT
