Chocolate, candy, biscuits, chips, nougat, ice cream … With 2,550 exhibitors and 35,000 visitors from 128 countries in 2024, ISM is by far the largest trade fair for the latest trends and innovations in confectionery and savory or sweet snacks.
Every year, manufacturers and decision-makers from the world’s leading trading companies gather at ISM, as it is the only place where industry and retail meet in such a focused manner. As the most important trade platform in its sector, ISM offers the ideal framework for winning new customers and building customer loyalty.

Registration
Please note that registering via our form does not guarantee you a spot on our stand. A confirmation will be sent to you at the end of the registration period.
Based on the applications received, we will decide on the allocation of your stand space according to various criteria.
Selection criteria
- Production in Brussel
- Production in Belgium elsewhere than in Brussels
- Employment of low-skilled people (10% of the payroll)
- Call on sheltered workshops in Brussels
- Micro-enterprise (less than 10 FTE and annual turnover of less than 2,000,000 €)
- Small business (less than 50 FTEs and annual turnover of less than 10,000,000 €)
- Starter (registered for less than 4 years with the CBE)
- Previous presence at the fair
- Maximum 10% of the turnover in export
- Between 5% and 10% of the turnover in export
- Raw materials from Belgium
Registration fee
The prices below include registration for the fair, bare surface, stand construction, presence in the brochure and catering. The travel and accommodation costs are borne by the exhibitors, as are the costs of shipping and producing promotional and exhibition material.
- €400 (excluding VAT) for starters (registered for less than 4 years with the CBE)
- €800 (excluding VAT) for SME’s
- €1600 (axcluding VAT) for large companies
Subsidies
You can receive subsidies for your business prospecting efforts abroad if your company meets the general conditions and if your request suggests sufficient economic returns. For more information, visit the Brussels Economy and Employment website.
