The Lille Beer Festival is one of the major brewing events in northern France. This year’s festival will take place from 9 to 10 November and hub.brussels is giving five brewers the opportunity to have their expertly brewed beers tasted and sold during the Grand Final. Book your stand now!
About
The “Gare Saint-Sauveur” in Lille will host the Grand Final, an event that marks the last two days of the Lille Beer Festival on 23 and 24 September. Around 100 brewers will offer their beers on their stands for tasting and sale.
But this exhibition of expertise would not be complete without several Brussels beers. That’s why hub.brussels has reserved five spots, each 9 m2, for five Brussels brewers and their beverages.
Large numbers of distributors
In addition to beer lovers, your products will be served to the region’s largest distributors. A key B2B meeting event will be organized by the hub.brussels office in Lille to meet with major players in the beverage distributors sector in the Hauts-de-France Region.

Fee
The participation fee is €400 (excl. TVA), which must be paid directly to the organiser and entitles you to:
- a 9 m² stand with 1 wooden counter, 1 high stool, 1 sign, 1 x 1KW electrical connection, 1 glass fridge shared between two brewers (you can then brand your stands as you wish).
- possibility of bringing your own pulling system of up to 8 nozzles or renting some from the organisers at your own expense. Any additional order of furniture will be at your own expense, as will the transport costs.
- Unlike previous years, the commission on tastings has been eliminated. Payments are made directly to you, through your own payment methods (cash, card reader, Sumup, Izettle, etc.).
- You are free to set the prices for the beers you offer for tasting. However, to ensure that every booth remains accessible to as many people as possible, you are asked to offer at least one beer at an affordable price (around €2 per 12,5cl tasting glass).
