During the previous “Export Talks”, you defined one or more export markets and you’re now ready to sell your products or services. Be sure to select the right sales channel! During this third session, Vincent Repay will list all of the points to review before making this crucial decision.
The distribution channel is the path your product/service will follow to reach the end-consumer. The choice of distribution channel is therefore crucial. Several factors are at play when identifying it.
What kind of market coverage are you aiming for? What are the characteristics of your product or service? How many orders do you expect to send? In addition, does the nature of your product or service require your presence in the market, and in what form: direct or indirect? Answers to all of these questions on 3 December from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Identify the sales channel which best matches your expansion strategy
Branch, subsidiary, franchise, etc.: what do these different forms of companies entail? After a detailed analysis of each of these options, you will be able to identify which will best represent you internationally.
