EXPO 25 Economic Mission to Tokyo and Osaka
- Multisectors
- Japan
On the occasion of the World Expo in Osaka, hub.brussels is organising a mission to Japan focused on construction and craftsmanship. Join us to leverage Belgium’s increased visibility during Expo 2025 and benefit from a tailor-made programme designed to foster discussions and collaborations with key players in the Japanese market.
About
hub.brussels is organising an economic mission to Tokyo and Osaka, putting the spotlight on Brussels’ expertise in the construction, infrastructure and real estate sectors, as well as crafts, fashion and Brussels gastronomy.
The programme dedicated to the construction sector offers visits and activities focused on the revolutions in artificial intelligence and automation, two key issues for the future of the industry. You’ll also find out about innovative initiatives on reversible building design and sustainable construction, topics that are shaping the future of construction.
For the artisans joining the mission, hands-on workshops will be organised to promote Brussels as the premium destination for gastronomy, arts and shopping. There will also be visits and business meetings to help you grow your presence and sell your products on the Japanese market.
The mission will also be open to businesses operating outside the targeted sectors. If this is you, you’ll have the chance to enjoy customised B2B meetings during the day and take part in networking evenings.
What can you expect from this mission?
- A dynamic economic mission, including topical seminars and workshops in Tokyo and Osaka
- Meetings with potential partners and decision-makers in key positions on the Japanese market
Total immersion in Japan’s main business centres: Tokyo and Osaka
Networking opportunities with other Belgian businesses in the delegation and with the sector’s key players in Japan
A customised B2B programme, designed in line with your needs
Entry tickets to Expo 2025 and the activities organised in the Belgian pavilion - The option to extend your stay until Sunday 14 September, when Belgium will be the country in the spotlight on the Expo site
Who can participate?
This mission is aimed at businesses active in the construction and craft industries, with a particular focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.
Businesses working in other sectors are also invited to join us. However, to ensure the programme is relevant for everyone, the customised B2B meetings for businesses from outside the targeted sectors will be organised following discussions with our office in Tokyo.
Don’t miss this golden opportunity to expand your network and grow your business on the Japanese market.
