AI for the Common Good and for my business

25/11/25

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way we work, create and make decisions. But what does it mean for your business in practical terms?
The play.brussels and hospitality.brussels clusters, in collaboration with Creative by hub.brussels, are offering you a free, dynamic and interactive training course to help you define your uses and best practices for AI in your business.

About

During this interactive training day, participants will explore the basics of AI through concrete examples and expert insights. From historical context to current practical applications, the session aims to demystify AI and encourage critical and creative thinking. Practical case studies and discussions will punctuate the day, allowing everyone to better understand the challenges of AI in their own professional context.

Program

  • Introduction to the history, strengths and limitations of AI
  • Critical discussions on algorithmic bias, AI hallucinations and misinformation (detection of AI-generated content and deepfakes)
  • Presentation of generative AI and prompt engineering techniques
  • Overview of regulations: AI Act, GDPR and compliance issues
