DEP4ALL
The NCP network for the Digital Europe Programme project is an initiative under the Digital Europe Programme (DEP), aimed at enhancing the collaboration and effectiveness of National Contact Points (NCPs) across Europe. This project is designed to support the digital transformation of Europe by providing resources, training, and networking opportunities for NCPs.
Duration of the project > 01.09.2024 – 31.08.2026
Objectives
The DEP4ALL project aims to create a dynamic, integrative, and highly collaborative community to support DEP NCPs and applicants. This community, built by and for DEP NCPs, seeks to increase participation in the Digital Europe Programme and improve the quality of submitted proposals. The project addresses all DEP NCPs, beneficiaries, and non-beneficiaries, regardless of their experience level or the scope of their activities. It ensures capacity building and a robust knowledge base for all DEP NCPs, enabling them to support their national stakeholders in preparing and submitting high-quality DEP proposals.
- Support Coordination Among Different NCPs: DEP4ALL focuses on fostering a robust network of NCPs to enhance communication and collaboration. It provides all nominated DEP NCPs with the necessary knowledge and information for their daily work, building on agreed standards to establish a common level of information access and strengthen the sense of community among DEP NCPs.
- Support the Preparation and Execution of Actions to Maximise Awareness and Impact of the DEP: DEP4ALL aims to raise awareness of opportunities in DEP, making it attractive to new players and enhancing the overall standard of support provided by NCPs. By fostering collaboration and providing comprehensive guidance, the project helps applicants better understand relevant policies and build on existing outcomes from other EU-funded projects.
- Support the Long-Term Dissemination and Exploitation of Results: DEP4ALL employs various strategies to ensure the long-term dissemination and exploitation of results. It ensures that NCPs participate in selected events and conferences relevant to the DEP community, such as EC Info days and DEP conferences, actively promoting the programme’s successes and opportunities.
- Provide Support for All Specific Objectives of DEP: DEP4ALL covers all current Specific Objectives (SOs) of DEP, with plans to address any additional objectives in future Work Programmes. Acting as a single point of contact for NCPs on SOs, the project ensures necessary connections with experts in all areas. DEP4ALL’s activities build a comprehensive knowledge base covering all call topics within DEP, including various instruments such as grants and procurements, and available evaluation data.
