Greenlab: Accelerate your circular production journey

Are you working on an industrial production project in Brussels and looking to integrate circular principles into your approach?

Good news: the Greenlab acceleration programme is here to support you! It’s aimed at project leaders who already have a clear view of their market and a working prototype — or are close to having one.

Industry offers countless business models, but your project should align with one of these four pillars of the circular economy:

  • circular sourcing,
  • valorisation of residual streams,
  • ecodesign,
  • or lifetime extension and more efficient resource use.

And there’s more: Greenlab also supports innovative services that contribute to urban production, such as local logistics platforms or shared manufacturing tools.

What can you expect?

Greenlab offers an intensive and tailored support track: one-on-one coaching, expert guidance and hands-on workshops on entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, financing, intellectual property, internationalisation and — of course — how to pitch with confidence.

You’ll also be immersed in the core principles of the circular economy, ensuring your project is truly rooted in sustainable impact.

We kick things off with a nature-powered bootcamp, to:

  • challenge the weak points or risky assumptions of your project,
  • sharpen unclear aspects,
  • and define a concrete action plan to guide your next steps.

Everything is in place to help your start-up grow in a vibrant ecosystem where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.

Let your industrial and circular project take root and grow

In just 4 months, you’ll test the feasibility of your idea, learn how to convince others of its value, and get ready to become part of Brussels’ circular economy movement.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be able to:

  • Develop a solid business plan and a clear roadmap
  • Pitch your project with confidence to pre-seed investors
  • Activate Brussels-based support schemes and launch your business
  • Gradually join the Circlemade cluster, if your project aligns with the four circular pillars
