Survey: the impact of the energy crisis on Brussels companies
How do companies cope with this chain of crises on a psychological level? What are their most urgent needs? What do they expect from public authorities? To answer these questions, hub.brussels called upon the market research firm IntoTheMinds to carry out a qualitative study on the impact of the energy crisis on Brussels businesses.
hub.brussels, the Brussels Agency for Business Support, wishes to bring a complementary view to the existing or future raw data and statistics, by proposing a qualitative approach via a consultation of Brussels companies.
The objective? To approach this problem from another angle, to better understand, to pick up testimonies, to identify feelings, specific needs, to then contribute to a better accompaniment of companies, relevant to the real needs in this context of multiple and successive crises.
In-depth interviews
Within this framework, IntoTheMinds will conduct semi-directive interviews with entrepreneurs in the Brussels Region. All companies are concerned by this study, regardless of their size. The interviews will last about 60 minutes and will allow the interviewees to share their feelings on the energy crisis and to express their expectations towards the official authorities. These interviews will be conducted remotely and anonymity is guaranteed.
