Call for projects: Digitization & Economic Transition
The Brussels-Capital Region is launching a new project call to support VSEs and SMEs in their digitization efforts, as well as to ensure the digital transition of the Brussels economy by supporting the development of digital projects that have a positive social and environmental impact.
The project call aims to support projects that fall into one of these two main categories:
- the digitization of very small enterprises (VSEs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- the development of digital projects with a positive social and environmental impact
The transversal objective of this project call is to contribute to economic transition. Regardless of the category the project falls into, each project must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Diversity in digital entrepreneurship
- Democratic digitization
- Ethical digitization
- Digital austerity
Who is it for?
All economic players (including private limited companies, non-profit organizations, self-employed persons, etc.) based in the Brussels-Capital Region whose activities contribute to the digital transition of the Brussels economy.
As this is set up as a competition, the projects that best meet the selection criteria and the implementation of the measures will be selected, straight through until the available budget is exhausted.
What can you receive?
This project call has a total budget of €400,000 to fund, for one year, private players who submit projects that fall within one of these two categories mentioned above.
