SIAL Paris is one of the world’s leading trade fairs for the food industry. Bringing together producers, distributors, importers, buyers, investors and other food professionals from across the globe, it offers a unique platform to discover market trends, identify new business opportunities and connect with key players from the international agri-food sector.
What hub.brussels offers you
As part of this international trade mission, participating companies will benefit from a range of support services provided by hub.brussels:
- One admission pass per company, valid for the entire duration of SIAL Paris, from 17 to 21 October 2026;
- The opportunity to be featured in the Brussels delegation brochure, increasing your visibility among the professionals attending the event;
- Access to the Brussels collective space for organising business meetings, subject to availability. Companies wishing to use this space (table, meeting area, etc.) are invited to inform us in advance at paris@hub.brussels;
- The possibility to benefit from hub.brussels support on Monday 19 October, including meetings and exchanges on the Brussels collective stand, a visit from the Belgian Ambassador to France and networking opportunities;
- Participation in the networking drink on Monday 19 October from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., during which each participating exhibitor or visitor may invite up to two professional contacts to join the event.
Program
Saturday 17 October → Sunday 18 October
Self-guided visit to SIAL Paris: Participants may freely explore the exhibition and make full use of their event pass throughout the trade fair. Companies are free to organise their own schedule of meetings, prospecting activities and visits.
Monday 19 October – hub.brussels Support Day
- Meetings and networking opportunities at the Brussels collective space;
- Opportunity to organise business meetings in the collective space, subject to availability and prior request;
- Visit from the Belgian Ambassador to France;
- Networking drink from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with companies and stakeholders attending the exhibition.
Tuesday 20 October → Wednesday 21 October
Self-guided visit to SIAL Paris: Participants may continue their business meetings, networking activities and market prospecting independently throughout the event.
Practical info
Selection criteria*:
The SMEs selected for this mission must meet the following conditions:
- Be established in the Brussels-Capital Region;
- Operate in the food and agri-food sector;
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to international growth;
- Show a specific interest in expanding into the French market;
- Participate in the programme organised by hub.brussels on 19 October;
- Cover their own travel, accommodation and any other costs related to participation in the trade fair;
- Use their presence at SIAL as part of an active strategy for business development, networking and market prospecting.
*hub.brussels reserves the right to select eligible Brussels-based SMEs.
