About

In the context of SXSW London 2026, hub.brussels, in collaboration with FIT and AWEX, are organising a B2B economic mission to London on 2 and 3 June.

SXSW London is an international festival and conference platform that connects technology, media, sport, event solutions, broadcasting and creative industries around innovation, new business models, and cross sector collaboration. The London edition brings this ecosystem together in one of Europe’s most dynamic creative and tech markets.

This mission aims to support innovative, market ready and sustainable Brussels companies active in:

  • Media, audiovisual and content technologies
  • Broadcasting technologies
  • Sport and event solutions
  • Creative and digital innovation
  • Fan engagement and audience experiences

We aim to gather a delegation of up to 50 Belgian companies and organise targeted B2B activities designed to generate concrete business opportunities in the UK market.

Why London?

  • As the fastest‑growing sector in the United Kingdom, this industry leads the way in film, TV, gaming, design, and fashion, and accounts for more than 40% of total employment in the UK’s creative sector
  • With over 200,000 Londoners working in media, television, and journalism, the conditions for a fertile and close‑knit professional network in this field are truly unique
  • The United Kingdom has also become the most popular film production location outside of the United States and Canada; last year, 71 feature films and TV series were produced there

Why participate?

  • Panel discussions and keynote speakers offer you the latest insights from within the sector.
  • Meet potential clients, distributors, or strategic partners (B2B) through targeted matchmaking
  • Connect with key stakeholders in both broadcasting and entertainment
