GITEX Future Health 2026

04/05/2606/05/26

The very first GITEX entirely dedicated to health is coming to Casablanca in May 2026. A unique opportunity for Brussels-based healthtech companies to forge new partnerships and tap into the concrete opportunities offered by African markets.

About

GITEX Future Health Africa 2026 is the very first GITEX event fully dedicated to health. Held in Casablanca from 4 to 6 May 2026, it follows in the footsteps of the major GITEX events, internationally renowned for bringing together tens of thousands of decision-makers, companies, investors and public institutions.

As the new go-to platform for healthtech in Africa, the exhibition will showcase the innovations transforming healthcare systems: digital health, artificial intelligence, medical devices, smart hospitals, telemedicine and healthcare infrastructure.

For companies, GITEX Future Health Africa is a strategic opportunity to connect with key decision-makers, identify local and international partners, and accelerate their growth in rapidly expanding African markets.

Useful resources

Morocco has made health a national priority, backed by strong political will and sharply rising public investments. The Kingdom now allocates over 140 billion dirhams to social sectors, including healthcare, with ambitious programmes to modernise hospital infrastructure and digitalise the healthcare system.

This momentum is creating significant business opportunities for companies active in healthtech, medtech, digital solutions, medical equipment and hospital technologies – both within the Moroccan market and as a gateway to Africa.
