The show will be held at BolognaFiere, Piazza della Costituzione 5, Bologna (Italy) – with stands present from 26 to 29 March 2026.
This event is one of a kind in the beauty sector, covering every link in the chain (ingredients, packaging, finished products, distribution). Taking part means being involved in an international ecosystem promoting innovation and business, alongside the most influential players.
The Belgian pavilion organised by hub.brussels is a ready-to-use professional space designed to maximise your company’s exposure.
Selection criteria
Companies taking part in the show will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Have their registered office in the Brussels-Capital Region;
- Be operating in the cosmetics sector;
- Have strong international ambitions;
- Be able to cover their travel and accommodation expenses;
- hub.brussels reserves the right to assess and select candidates based on eligibility and suitability.
Fees
- Start-up (companies less than 4 years old): €500.00 excluding VAT
- SMEs with fewer than 50 FTEs: €1,000.00 excluding VAT
- SMEs with 50 to 249 FTEs: €1,500.00 excluding VAT
Important! Please note that there is a trade fair quota to be paid directly to the Cosmoprof organisers, amounting to €825.00 excluding VAT, and that you are responsible for your own travel and accommodation expenses, as well as for booking your flights and hotel.
