Practical info
Pollutec takes place at the Parc des Expositions EUREXPO.
The hub.brussels pavilion is located in Hall 4 CFR PLAN.
The exhibition runs from Tuesday, 7 October to Friday, 10 October 2025, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (closing at 4:00 PM on Friday).
We kindly ask you to be present the day before the event to ensure everything is in order at the stand (the stand builder will not be able to make changes once the exhibition is open) and to remain present until Friday, 10 October.
Participation fees
- €415 (excl. VAT) for start-ups (less than 4 years) and micro-businesses (fewer than 10 FTEs, turnover below €2,000,000)
- €830 (excl. VAT) for SMEs (11 to 50 FTEs, turnover between €2,000,001 and €50,000,000)
- €1,660 (excl. VAT) for other companies (more than 50 FTEs, turnover above €50,000,000)
A 30% discount is available for members of hub.brussels clusters.
Participation fees include:
- An individual furnished and branded stand within the Brussels Pavilion
- Two “exhibitor” badges
- Unlimited visitor invitations
- A profile page in the official exhibition catalogue
- Access to various Pollutec activities: conferences, debates, workshops, and the Pollutec Innovation Awards
Please note that travel and accommodation costs, as well as the shipment of exhibition materials, are the responsibility of the participants.
