BIOFACH is the leading international trade show for professionals in the organic food sector. Only certified organic and natural products may be exhibited.

Registration

Please note that registering via our form does not guarantee you a spot on our stand. A confirmation will be sent to you at the end of the registration period.

Based on the applications received, we will decide on the allocation of your stand space according to various criteria.

Selection criteria

  • Production in Brussels
  • Production in Belgium, but not in Brussels
  • Employment of unskilled labour (10% of payroll)
  • Use of sheltered workshops in Brussels
  • Very small enterprise (fewer than 10 FTE and annual revenue of less than €2,000,000
  • Small enterprise (fewer than 50 FTE and annual revenue of less than €10,000,000
  • Starter (registered with the CBE for fewer than 4 years)
  • Previous trade show attendance
  • 10% at most of revenue from exports
  • Between 5% and 10% of revenue from exports
  • Raw materials produced in Belgium

Price

The prices below include registration for the fair, bare surface, stand construction, and presence in the brochure. The travel and accommodation costs are borne by the exhibitors, as are the costs of shipping and producing promotional and exhibition material.

  • €350 (excl. VAT) for starters (registered for less than 4 years with the CBE) and VSE’s (less than 10 FTE’s or annual turnover of less than €2,000,000)
  • €700 (excl. VAT) for SME’s (between 11 and 50 FTE’s or annual turnover of between €2,000,001 and €50,000,000)
  • €1400 (excl. VAT) for other companies (more than 50 FTE’s or annual turnover of more than €50,000,000)

Subsidies

You can receive subsidies for your business prospecting efforts abroad if your company meets the general conditions and if your request suggests sufficient economic returns. For more information, visit the Brussels Economy and Employment website.
