The Brussels Business Support Agency, operating under the trade name ‘hub.brussels’, uses emails both to exchange information about the activities that it is tasked with and to carry out these activities. The content of hub.brussels’s emails, along with any attachments they may include, is intended solely
for the individuals and organisations to whom the messages are sent, and, where applicable, is intended only for the purpose or use specified in these messages. These emails may contain confidential and/or privileged information.

If you receive an email from hub.brussels in error, we ask that you inform hub.brussels at info@hub.brussels and delete the message. In addition, copying or distributing a message that was not sent to you is strictly prohibited.

The content of the emails sent by hub.brussels and any  attachments they may include reflect only the opinions of the author, and do not necessarily represent the opinions of hub.brussels.

hub.brussels makes every effort to ensure that these emails are virus-free. However, hub.brussels can in no way be held liable if an email sent by hub.brussels does contain a virus or infected attachment. This also applies to any harm inflicted as a result of improper use of email addresses, late delivery, or lost emails (in whole or in part).

hub.brussels reserves the right to read any message sent using one of its email addresses when it is entitled by law to do so. Accordingly, hub.brussels advises you to not send personal emails to hub.brussels email addresses, and instead to use only personal email addresses and mobile telecommunications applications to contact its staff and representatives about personal matters.

When hub.brussels collects personal data, it does so in accordance with its privacy policy.
